Not only that, we consider menopause a disease and we take medication, go through painful and demanding tests to prevent some terrible catastrophe that might await us on the other side of 40 or 50 .…
I have a different story to tell you, one that can inspire and give you hope and relief.
I’ve been through it all. I had ALL the familiar troubles listed above. Not wanting to take drugs or bio-identical hormones, I began my search for natural ways to deal with my symptoms.
What I discovered on my journey were tools, techniques and therapies that connected the symptoms I was experiencing to their real causes. I was finally able to connect the dots in a way that made sense.
Until we get to the root of a problem and discover the cause, we cannot solve the problem permanently. It’s like cutting a tree down. The roots are still alive, and soon new shoots will pop up.
It’s the same way with symptoms. We may get temporary relief but at some point our body will rebel again. And that’s what a symptom is. Something we experience to get us to pay attention.
I finally discovered solutions that weren’t just band aids which just suppressed symptoms or pushed them deeper so they became like a pressure cooker waiting for the lid to pop off.
So often I hear doctors say “Well taking this or that drug is worth the risk of a few side effects.” My intuition told me that there were no drugs solutions that had NO risk. Anyway, why should there be any risk involved in healing?
When I checked into the side effects of the drugs suggested for menopause I found the side effects were far worse than the original problem. AND many of the drugs had the side effect of actually causing the symptom. What kind of common sense is that?
But desperation will lead us down many blind alleys because we are suffering so badly and we want our problem to go away–go away at any cost.
Clarity in understanding restores our ability to make choices and move forward. It’s the first step to freedom. Freedom from menopause symptoms, disease, worry and suffering.

How Did Your Hormones Get Triggered?
Everywhere we turn today, we hear that stress is an underlying cause of all symptoms. True, but what is your stress?
At any point in our lives, we are the sum total of all our experiences. Our personal history appears as our biology. The patterns that result from our life experiences will persist and even escalate until we begin to malfunction. Each manifestation of a symptom, disorder or illness reflects the underlying state of our being.
This is the message for us to pay attention. If we don’t get the message the pattern will become more intense and various traumas and accidents will result, or we will begin to slowly degenerate.
How do these patterns begin? As we move through life, we become more and more disconnected from who we really are. We become estranged from the Source from which we came. Our journey back then becomes a process of unraveling the threads and creating a new life tapestry.
There isn’t a quick fix, but when we discover the cause of our problems, we can resolve the issues much quicker.
Step 1: The Menopause Spotlight Reading
So why do we call this a Reading. Because it will help to uncover information that is uniquely personal to YOU. It’s not a general one size fits all. There has never nor ever will be another you, so the Reading will be a comprehensive assessment all about you.
You begin by completing a Menopause Symptom Checklist. Then you will identify:
- Predominant thought patterns around the symptoms that you have identified in the Menopause Symptom Checklist
- Core beliefs around the symptoms identified in the Menopause Symptom Checklist
Then you will complete a comprehensive questionnaire which will cover your:
- General state of health
- Food choices and eating habits
