1.0 Acceptable Use Policy:

Novalis Integra is solely focused on providing individuals with high quality, products, services and information they need to improve the quality of their lives. None of the products, services or information provided on the Novalis Integra website are intended for unethical or illegal use, including but not limited to:

1.1 Spam:

Novalis Integra does not participate in spamming and maintains a zero tolerance spam policy.

1.2 What is Spam?

Spam is commercial email or unsolicited bulk email, including “junk mail”, which has not been requested by the recipient. It is intrusive and often irrelevant or offensive, and it wastes valuable resources. Spam messages are the opposite of permission-based email, which are normally anticipated, personal, relevant and/or associated with a pre-existing business or personal relationship.

Novalis Integra is committed to permission-based email marketing practices, and as a result has established this no-tolerance Anti-Spam Policy. Novalis Integra will occasionally update this Anti-Spam Policy. When it does, Novalis Integra will also revise the “last update” date at the top of this Anti-Spam Policy. For changes to this policy, Novalis Integra will notify you (the client) by placing a notice on its website home page.

1.3 Reporting Spam

1.4 False Spam Complaints

Novalis Integra supports the efforts of various organizations working to responsibly eliminate spam activities. However, if an individual has opted-in to receive email from a client of Novalis Integra, and then falsely or maliciously files a spam complaint against Novalis Integra or its clients, Novalis Integra will cooperate fully with the appropriate agencies.

1.5 Fraud:

Novalis Integra will pursue and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any individual(s) who attempt to use our products, services, or information for the purpose of fraudulent transactions. Novalis Integra maintains ethical practices and will not tolerate any misuse of our products or services by any party. If misuse occurs, we will do everything in our power to immediately terminate the relationship and prevent any further misuse.

2.0 Privacy Statement:

Novalis Integra supports the right of personal privacy and corporate security on the Internet. Novalis Integra will never sell or market names, e-mail addresses, or any other privileged information about our clients or subscribers.

3.0 Unsubscribe Policy:

Novalis Integra respects the request of any individual asking to have his/her e-mail address opted-out of our database. As well, every e-mail sent by Novalis Integra provides an automated unsubscribe option at the bottom of each e-mail.
